Service Express is now at Suntrup Volkswagen!

We have opened two express service lanes to accommodate a quicker experience, with our goal to have you out in 30 minutes or less. We currently have two-two man teams working the lanes, offering oil changes, tire rotations, bulb replacements, wiper blade replacements, air and cabin filter replacements and battery replacements, only in the Express Service Lanes. All vehicles will receive a multi-point inspection with results given within the first 8 minutes.

Express Service Customers can expect:
  • Separate express service writer to write you up
  • Quicker write up process
  • Free multi point inspection within minutes
  • Quicker maintenance time
  • Two technicians to a vehicle in order to speed up the process
  • Genuine factory parts
We are the only VW dealer in the metro area to provide Express Service! No appointment is necessary, however during peak periods you may experience longer wait times. Hours of express service are Mon. thru Friday, 7am till 8pm.
