While on the test drive, Brian made sure to take me on a route where I would be able to get a great feel of the vehicle. We discussed the features of the car and all the offers that came with it. Brian was able to answer most of the questions that I had, and if he didn't have the answer he made sure to get an answer. When we were all done with everything, I asked for the red bow and Brian made my day by putting it on the new vehicle. I've purchased several cars but I've never had the "red bow" experience.. That meant a lot to me. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Suntrup VW in the past 6 months, Terry was the salesman on my most recent purchase and the experience could not have been any better. He had the vehicle pulled up and warmed up before my wife and I even arrived on the lot. He made sure all of our questions and concerns were met. At no point during the experience did my wife and I feel any pressure into the sale. I'll be moving from MO to FL shortly and would happily make the 13 hour drive just to purchase from Suntrup VW again in the future.
