I had the best experience with Aaron & Todd— who I believe was a manager. I know most salespeople are good at customer service but these two were amazing. They were genuine, respectful, courteous, friendly and professional. They made me feel like meeting my needs was a top priority! I arrived to this dealer after leaving another one (All -Star Jeep) with whom I had a bad experience! I thought I was going to drive 2 hours home empty handed. I thought I’d reach out to Suntrup Nissan about another vehicle I was interested in. I can’t explain how happy I am that I did! Not only did I end up with a vehicle I like better than the one I drove here for initially, they made me remember there all still really wonderful people in the world! Thank you Aaron!!

David explained the process of the appointment and gave me good advice about my window wipers. He was very professional and friendly.

Just wondering why, the VW service department only has 2 bays; it like they are stepchildren. For being removed it really small.

Service department was fast at completing my car service and let me know what future service I will be needing on my car. The checking out /payment process however was a bit confusing and the receipt I received did not correspond w my cost of the work I received .
